Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Early access — provisional document. These Terms are being finalized while ShadowCaller is in its early-access phase. They describe how the service currently works and may be updated before general availability; the date above reflects the latest revision.

1. The service

ShadowCaller relays a caller’s voice across your Discord servers using a set of bots and a web dashboard. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have the “Manage Server” permission on a Discord server to add and configure the bots there, and you must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The service is offered under a free plan and a paid plan (Pro). Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate Discord’s rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
